Founded by lead consultant Hannah Martinez, Blueprint Community Consulting is built on 12 years of firsthand experience in homeless services, community advocacy, and program development. Hannah's professional background includes extensive work in low barrier shelters, intensive Case Management, and housing advocacy. She has co-developed a substance use rehab rehabilitation facility and worked alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop a low barrier homeless shelter, bringing valuable insight into the complexities of building an operating community-based programs. Through a combination of frontline experience, strategic collaboration, and a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations, Blueprint Community Consulting works to strengthen homeless service systems, empower organizations, and create communities where no one has left behind.
